Dina Meyer is an New York native who was born within Forest Hills Queens. She relocated to Dix Hills Long Island just when she was finishing her high school junior year. Her brothers include Gregory, her older brother, and Evan. Her first experience in the entertainment industry came when she did some modeling at the age of 9 to sixteen. Ron Stetson trained her in the techniques used by Sanford Meisner at The Neighborhood Playhouse. The process took approximately three years. Sandra Bullock has received the similar training received by Jeff Goldblum and Leslie Nielsen. She got her first part in the soap-opera Beverly Hills, 90210, in which she had to relocate out to Los Angeles. She was cast as the leading lady in Johnny Mnemonic in which she did almost every stunt her self, establishing herself as a skilled actress. Her talent agent was also representing Matt LeBlanc so, through her agent she was able to get a regular role on Friends.
